Introduction

Welcome to Boost Up Future (PVT) LTD. This document serves as the formal Master Services Agreement (MSA) between Boost Up Future ("Agency", "We", "Us") and you ("Client", "User"). By engaging our services, signing a proposal, or making an initial deposit, you legally bind yourself to these terms.

Gen Z Team & Management

Boost Up Future is proud to leverage high-performance Gen Z talent. We believe in the "Digital Native" advantage — our team grew up with the technologies we build, providing us with unique insights into modern consumer behavior and viral trends.

• Legal Oversight: All contracts, financial transactions, and high-level project management are overseen by adult directors and legal counsel.
• Professional Standards: Every line of code and every design element undergoes a mandatory peer-review process before reaching the client.
• Creative Autonomy: We may suggest modern alternatives that better suit the current digital landscape while respecting your brand guidelines.

Service Scope

All work is performed strictly based on the agreed "Scope of Work" (SOW) outlined in your specific project proposal. This ensures that timelines are met and resources are allocated appropriately.

• Scope Creep: Any requests for additional pages, features, or design elements not explicitly listed in the SOW will be flagged as "Scope Creep" and require a separate Change Request Order (CRO).
• Exclusions: Unless stated otherwise, copywriting, stock imagery licensing, and third-party API costs are excluded from the project fee and must be covered by the client.

Client Duties

Project success is a two-way street. Delays on the client's end inevitably lead to delays in the final delivery. To keep the momentum, we require active participation from your side.

• Asset Delivery: All branding assets, content, and technical credentials must be provided via a secure folder within 48–72 hours of kickoff.
• Decisive Feedback: We require a single Point of Contact from your team who has authority to approve designs. Conflicting feedback will stop development.
• Technical Access: If working on your existing servers, you must provide stable FTP/SSH or hosting panel access. We are not responsible for delays caused by client-side downtime.

Communication Protocol

To maintain high focus for our developers and designers, we strictly manage communication through professional channels. We do not accept project-critical requests via casual social media comments or unscheduled voice calls.

• Official Channels: WhatsApp (quick syncs), Discord (team collaboration), Email (formal documentation and approvals).
• Response Time: Standard response time is within 24 business hours. During active sprints, we provide daily or bi-weekly status updates.
• Meeting Policy: One weekly 30-minute progress call is included. Additional meetings may be subject to consultation fees.

Financial Terms

We operate on a transparent milestone-based billing system. This ensures the agency is funded for the work being done and the client sees regular progress before making the next payment.

Refunds & Project Kills

Boost Up Future dedicates specific time blocks and talent to your project. Therefore, we have a firm refund policy regarding project cancellations.

• Non-Refundable Deposits: The 50% initial deposit is non-refundable — it covers admin setup, initial research, and reserved time slot.
• Kill Fee: If terminated mid-way for reasons unrelated to agency performance, a Kill Fee equivalent to the current phase's work (pro-rated) applies.
• Ownership: In the event of a "Kill," all design and code assets remain the IP of Boost Up Future unless a full buyout is negotiated.

Iteration & Revision Policy

We want you to love the final product, but we also protect the project timeline from infinite loops of minor adjustments.

• The Rule of 3: Each milestone phase includes exactly 3 rounds of minor revisions.
• Major Revisions: Changing core layout or functionality after approval is considered a Major Revision and billed as additional work.
• Approval Sign-off: Once a milestone is signed off, any changes to that phase will incur extra costs.

Hosting, Domains & Assets

We are a design and development agency, not a hosting provider. We facilitate setup, but the client remains legal owner of their digital infrastructure.

• Client Ownership: You must purchase your own domain and hosting under your name to ensure 100% control of your assets.
• Security Disclaimer: While we follow best practices, we are not liable for hacks, data breaches, or server failures on third-party hosting platforms.

Post-Launch Maintenance

Launch day is just the beginning. To ensure a smooth transition, we provide a standard "Stabilization Period."

• The 14-Day Window: Free support for 14 calendar days post-launch to address any bugs from our code.
• Exclusions: Does not cover user-error, client-team changes, or third-party plugin updates that break compatibility after hand-off.
• Extended Support: Monthly Maintenance Retainers start at PKR 25,000 / month.

The "No Toxicity" Rule

Boost Up Future prides itself on a culture of respect and high-energy creativity. The best work happens in an environment free of fear and hostility. Any form of harassment, demeaning language, personal attacks, or threats directed at any member of our team will result in immediate and irreversible termination of the contract — all payments made to date are strictly non-refundable and all work-in-progress assets will be withheld. We protect our team as fiercely as we protect our code.
